I’ve been here a couple of times now, and both visits were solid. The food was consistently good, with every dish arriving warm and fresh. There wasn’t anything I tried that I didn’t like, and the robot food delivery adds a cool, fun touch. The staff were really helpful throughout. One of the staff members, Alan, was especially friendly and made the experience even better—he deserves a bit of recognition for that. The atmosphere was relaxed with good music, and overall it felt like a well-run place. I’ve seen a few negative reviews, but honestly, a lot of them seem a bit nitpicky. It’s a restaurant—things aren’t always going to be perfect, especially when it’s busy. Also, it’s definitely worth checking how the app works before you go in. A lot of confusion seems to come from people not knowing how to order or use it properly. Only downside is the drinks are on the pricier side, but I did get a free meal for my birthday, which was a nice bonus. From my experience, it works better with smaller groups (2–4 people). When we went with six, there were a few delays, but that’s kind of expected when the place is packed. All in all, it’s much better than some of the reviews are saying, and I’ll definitely be back again.

The staff here was brilliant even though your food comes on a robot there is plenty of staff around. Food was lovely came out all fresh you just order on the app very easy prices reasonable good quality food we would definitely visit again

We went here this evening as a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 children aged between 7-13. One of them is a fussy eater but she was quite happy with the chicken nuggets, chips and onion rings. The rest of us enjoyed a variety of dishes and not one bit of food was wasted. The waitresses pre-warn you at the start that if there are any dishes wasted there will be a charge for that but if you limit what you order on the app each time, this isn't a problem. Well worth the money and the staff went out of their way to explain how to use the app and sort any issues out efficiently. We will definitely be returning again soon..the food was hot, fresh and really tasty. 10 out of 10 from us

We had been to the Blackpool branch a few years ago before it closed down. Although the food at the Blackpool one was okay,the restaurant seemed unclean. To be honest we thought they had gone bust so we was glad to find this Branch at Bury as we liked the concept of the Robots and less waste. We found this branch to be very clean and the food was delicious and very fresh. All the staff were absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us. I recommend getting there around 5.30pm as its a bit quieter as it was very busy when we left. The views were lovely and we can't wait to go back soon. I highly recommend

We have visited TCB Dining in Bury multiple times, and every single visit has been a delight! The service is always impeccable, with polite and attentive staff who are never far away if you need assistance. The food is consistently delicious, packed with flavour, and arrives quickly thanks to the amazing robot servers – a brilliant touch that makes the dining experience even more exciting! Ordering is incredibly simple – just log into the app, select your dishes, and before long, the robot arrives with your food. If you're new to the process, the staff are more than happy to guide you through it, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Some of my absolute favourite dishes here include: Salt & Pepper Ribs – full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Chicken Satay Skewers – beautifully grilled with a rich peanut sauce. Prawn Toast – crispy, golden, and utterly moreish. Sui Bao & Sui Mei – delicate, fresh, and packed with authentic taste. Salt & Pepper Chicken Balls – crunchy, spicy, and incredibly tasty! The drinks are also worth mentioning – the alcoholic measures are generous, giving great value for money. The only small critique I have is that I requested a little wasabi for dipping, and while a staff member kindly said they would get some for me, unfortunately, they never returned to the table. It wasn’t a major issue, but a little follow-up would have been appreciated. If there’s one thing I’d love to see in the future, it would be a wider cocktail selection. As cocktail enthusiasts, we were hoping for more variety, but currently, TCB only offers two types. Introducing more options – perhaps with a 2-for-15 deal – would be a fantastic addition! Overall, we absolutely love TCB Dining and will definitely be back again soon. It’s a fantastic place for amazing food, great service, and a unique dining experience. If you haven’t been yet, we highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic little experience.. kids loved it and the quality of food was great. We didn't the lunch as the later menu had alot of fish. Child friendly.

Me and friends went today, I thought it was amazing. I love the whole atmosphere. The robots are a great idea, so fun. The staff are so nice, customer service here is fantastic. They make sure as you go in that you have no allergies. I enjoyed the food. They do ask you eat all your food you order or there is a fee, which I agree with. It lowers the amount people waste. We didn’t have that issue, the food was too delicious. All round great day for us. Will 100% be going back
